Themed Thursdays--How to dress super lazily and cut up a vintage Doctor Who T-shirt!

I was going to do a "Super Lazy" Themed Thursday today (this you can see, particularly in the "refueling" picture), but I decided that it might be even more fun to do a quick How To guide to my favorite kind of re-construction of tees! I've been wanting to do something with this vintage Doctor Who shirt for ages, so here's my excuse!

The captions of the photos are the guide!

Step 1-Have a large or XL tee

Step 2-Don't be afraid to cut it all up!

Step 3-BE EXCITED

Step 4-Cut up the entirety of the sides so you have a smock-type -thing

Step 5-Continue having massive amounts of fun with it.
Step 6-Make sure it looks like this!
Step 7-Refuel with COFFEE!!!

Step 8-Cut fringes through both sides on the sides

Step 9-They should be about as wide and long as your thumb (give or take)

Step 10-Do it ALL THE WAY UP THE SIDE!

Step 11-Start where the original armpit area was

Step 12-Match up the different sides ("tassles")

Step 13-Tie one knot

Step 14-Pull it tight

Step 15-Double knot!

Step 16-Do that all the way down and start to repeat on other side
Step 17-Repeat on other side!

Step 18-See if you like it! (I wasn't satisfied, so I went on to the extra steps)
Step 19-Cut the tops of the sleeves

Step 20-Double knot the top, and now you have an awesome shirt!!!

And just in case you were wondering--

Earrings: handmade by a friend (free)
Yellow Tee: found in house
Bracelet: Ardene ($3-5)
Sweatpants: found
Doctor Who Tee-gift from Dad (he had 3, so I got one) (free)

Bonus fact: Something happens to the TARDIS with body heat, hence why I wanted to make it closer to my body!!!
