I literally found this skirt at the top of a trash can. I had been looking for a skirt like this for weeks, and when I saw it, I knew it was the exact one I had been wanting. It was a bit different to get used to, (it sits on my natural waist, not on my hips,) but it gives me that hipster feel that I always want ;P
