So I've been growing out my hair for Spring Awakening (or at least until I meet with the costumer and we discuss what my character should be like), but I've not had hair this long (or mullet-y) in a long time. Now that I know the beautiful benefits of short hair, I get quite annoyed when my hair gets the least bit shaggy. I discovered recently that just getting it out of the way makes me concentrate more on the task at hand than on my hair. So I've started copying what my mom did when she was losing her hair from chemo. She had such beautiful hair before the chemo that she didn't want to get a wig. Instead, she just wore scarves and hats. Wearing a scarf on my head like those in the first and last pictures makes me think of my mom's strength, and helps me put my best foot forward in the world.
I often get comments on my style and compliments on my clothes, and when I share that most of my outfits come from thrift stores or free boxes, people are astounded! I thought I might put my interests in fashion, photography, and modeling together and create this little daily fashion picture blog! Feel free to ask me any questions!!! *I am not promoting or being paid by any of the mentioned stores* *Most of the prices are approximations.*
