I have been searching for brightly colored pants all summer. As followers of this blog know, I prefer shopping at thrift stores. That being said, sometimes an item is so specific that one has to shop in a *gasp* department store! Luckily they had their big end-of-summer sale going on, and I only searched in the clearance section!
